1.Free listing
Posting a property is free, so no refund applies. You can ask us to remove your listing at any time.
2.Service fees
If you cancel before our verification or paperwork starts, the full service fee is refunded within 7 working days. After work starts, we refund the unused part after deducting actual costs already paid such as certified copies and travel.
3.Token and advance money
Token money between buyer and seller follows the written agreement between them. If our verification finds a defect in title before registry, we help the buyer recover the token from the seller as per that agreement.
4.Government fees
Stamp duty and registration fees paid to the Government of Bihar are refundable only under the government's own rules.
