Privacy policy

PakkiRegistry is a property listing and documentation guidance service based in Purnia, Bihar. This policy explains how we handle personal data shared on pakkiregistry.com, on WhatsApp and at our office, in line with the Information Technology Act 2000, the IT (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules 2011 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act).

Name, mobile or WhatsApp number and email when you send an enquiry, book a site visit or download a brochure. For owners: property address, khata and plot details, photos and copies of documents such as registry deed, khatiyan, jamabandi, LPC and mutation (dakhil kharij) papers.

We do not collect Aadhaar numbers through the website. Any identity document shown at our office is seen only to verify ownership and is not stored beyond what the law requires.

To call or WhatsApp you about the property you asked for, verify listings before publishing, arrange site visits, help with registry and mutation, and send updates you agreed to receive. We use your data only for these purposes, based on your consent under Section 6 of the DPDP Act.

Owner names and phone numbers are never shown on the public website. Buyers always contact PakkiRegistry first, and owner details are shared only when both sides agree to meet.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the other party to a deal you asked for, with banks for a home loan you requested, with advocates or deed writers for your registry, or when required by a court, the police or a government authority under Indian law.

Data is stored on secure cloud servers with encryption and access limited to our verified team. Enquiries are kept for up to 3 years and listing documents for as long as the listing is active plus 1 year, unless law requires longer.

Under the DPDP Act you may ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you. Write to us or WhatsApp us and we will act within 30 days. You may also approach the Data Protection Board of India.

We use only essential browser storage to remember your language and saved properties. No advertising trackers are used.
